    Hi is it possible to program a 2016 tahoe with maxisys 908 if yes how ? if no is there autel tool can do what?

     No, but if you have the MS 908P , you can use the VCI J2534 box programming tool off a Windows laptop with an OE program and a purchased Subscription through GM.
